GENERAL RETURN POLICY
We have worked hard at Tutus & ToadFrogs to ensure the availability of the trendiest fashions for your tykes and ours and hope you are 100% satisfied with your order.
However, if for any reason you are not pleased, you can return most item(s) purchased within 14 days of receipt for full store credit (excluding shipping charges).
This means that items must be shipped back to Tutus & ToadFrogs within 14 days of the delivery date for full store credit to issue. Please allow transit time when returning items to Tutus & ToadFrogs. After 14 days of receipt, the item is considered a final sale and will not be returnable. All items must be returned in original, unwashed/unused condition with manufacturer tags attached to the item. Please include a copy of the packing slip with your return. On the packing slip, please note the item(s) you are returning and please tell us why you are returning/exchanging the item. This information is important for Tutus & ToadFrogs to improve our store. We do not refund shipping charges.
EXCEPTIONS TO GENERAL RETURN POLICY
All items purchased below retail price are considered to be SALE items. Purchase of any SALE item is considered final and non-refundable. Swimsuits and Holiday Items are also non-refundable; however, we will gladly exchange such items for a different size if available.
LAYAWAY PLAN
If you are interested in our Layaway send us an e-mail, from Contact Us, and we will send you a coupon voucher. Requirements of Layaway Plan: 30% down, must make a payment within 30 days of original purchase and complete balance must be paid in full within 60 days. This will give you two months to pay the balance off. After putting the merchandise into Layaway we will send you a PayPal Invoice, which you will need to make a payment on within 30 days from the original purchase. If a payment is not made within 30 days from original purchase and balance is not paid in full within 60 days the merchandise will be put back into inventory and your payments will not be refunded.
OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT RETURNS
Returns must be made according to the return policy above. Items purchased as a set must be returned as a set. Unfortunately incomplete sets will not be refunded. Returns accepted at our discretion that do not meet the general return policy will be credited at the current sales price less a 25% restocking fee. We are not responsible for items lost in the mail, and, therefore, recommend that you obtain insurance and/or a tracking number when shipping your return. Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless item(s) is defective.
SHIPPING
At Tutus and ToadFrogs, all orders received Monday through Friday will be shipped within 24 to 48 hours and orders received on the weekend will be shipped the following Monday. Orders will be shipped either via USPS (first class to Mississippi customers) or USPS Priority Mail to the 48 continental United States. Orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail to Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO locations for a flat rate shipping charge of $5.00 per order. Average ground shipping time is 2-5 days. However, if you need an item faster, express shipping (1-2 days) is available for an additional fee; please email us at orders@tutusandtoadfrogs.com to arrange for same. We can also ship orders internationally. Most international orders may be shipped by global priority mail for $9.50; however, please contact us directly for specific information concerning such orders.
*Note: UPS does not deliver to P.O. boxes, so please provide a valid street address for your shipment.
SALES TAX
Sales Tax will be calculated at a rate of 7.00% for all orders delivered in Mississippi. This is why Mississippi Residents recieve FREE shipping.
